Can I book an appointment here on the website or by email?We are taking bookings by phone 015516237 or by messaging on Facebook & Instagram. The fastest way to book is by calling our salon during opening hours. We do not take bookings by email. Walk-in subject to availability.

How far in advance do you take bookings?We usually take bookings 4-6 weeks in advance. Our monthly book is open on the 1st of the previous month. Advance booking is encouraged to secure a slot that best suit you. A deposit is required at time of booking, subject to our deposit policy.

Do I need a patch test if I've had my lashes, brows tinted, and general waxing from another salon prior to coming to yours?"Yes, we require all new clients to receive a patch test at least 48 hours in advance of the treatment. This is because salons can use different products which will have varying chemical compostions. We want to ensure that you'll have the most comfortable outcome possible.

Do you take card payments?Yes, we accept both card and cash payment at the salon. We do not take card payment over the phone. We cannot accept PayPal or Revolut payment for treatments in the salon.
