At check-out, please note your full name, number, treatment, and date of appointment when paying a deposit for your treatment, up to 3 days before your appointment. If a deposit hasn't been paid before your appointment you will be contacted for a deposit to be secured. If we do not get a response within 24 hours of being contacted, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Please note the deposit is non-refundable unless in the very rare circumstance that the salon is forced to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The deposit cannot be moved if you reschedule or cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment.
Please ensure you pay the appropriate deposit - 50% of your total treatment cost. Please contact us for pricing if you are not sure. You will be contacted by us to confirm receipt of deposit payment.
